I'm not sure about most people, but if I read the words "They Can't be Trusted", my first thoughts might be that it was referring to a large, nameless corporation, a convicted criminal or a weatherman who states it will be warm in January. I might even think of a politician making election promises.
Unfortunately, this time the first answer, the seemingly obvious answer, is also not the right answer. There are times when you look past the mundane and all the noise that is daily news, you find something that seems to be more than a little strange. This is one of those times.
